Baruuu aja, tadi aku posting berita nya SS4 Sydney Batal kah??? Ehhh, promotor nya di sana baruuu aja, merilis pernyataan resmi….Yuk kita lihat 

Sebagai promotor konser Super Junior Super Show 4 di Sydney, JK Entertaiment menyatakan permohonan maaf atas pembatalan konser yang dijadwalkan akan digelar tanggal 5 Mei 2012 di Allphones Arena in Sydney.
Alasan pembatalan ini karena director dari promotor memiliki masalah medis yang memerlukan perawatan sesegera mungkin. Sebagai director, beliau sangat berpengaruh untuk mengorganisasi event besar sekelas SS4, sayang nya beliau tidak dapat mengelola acara dengan kondisi seperti ini.
Namun, kami percaya bahwa kami akan kembali pulih dari periode ini. Mohon terima lah permohonan maaf kami yang tulus ini atas ketidaknyamanan yang ditimbulkan.
Sebagai promotor, kami memohon maaf atas kerugian material dan moral, terutama untuk para fans, media dan para sponsor.
Silahkan lihat keterangan kami dibawah, mengenai pengembalian tiket. Pengembalian dana akan terlaksana dengan bukti asli pembelian. Harap dicatat, pengembalian dana akan mulai di proses pada 16 April 2012, harap bersabar dengan informasi selanjutnya

TICKETEK -REFUND INFORMATION

FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY CREDIT CARD: 
If you purchased tickets using your credit card, the full purchase price will be refunded automatically to your credit card. Please allow seven days for the refund to come through.
FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY CASH/EFTPOS:If you purchased your tickets at a Ticketek agency, Cash/ EFTPOS refunds are available at the point of purchase*, Head Office agencies (see below for locations) or by post.

Head Office Agency Wollongong – WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong
Head Office Agency Canberra – Akuna St, Canberra
* Note: Any tickets purchased from a Westfield Agency must be returned to one of the above Ticketek Head Office Agencies for a refund.
Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser with photo identification.

NON TICKETEK SALES: TICKET OUTLETS

The promoter and the sponsors have all the record of your ticket purchase, therefore you will be contacted shortly to arrange for your full refund. Refunding process for outlet purchase will be starting on 16th Apr 2012.
For EasyWay & Media-Asia customers:
JK Entertainment will contact you directly to help you out with refunding process (starting from 17th Apr 2012)

FOR THE COMPETITION WINNERS

The promoter will provide a gift package to the all the winners as compensation of this promotion and express of our apology
